Dec 15, 2014·The mechanism that holds the door closed is working just fine. It stays closed and I can jam my finger in behind where the latch lever (handle) used to be and open the glove box. The part that's broken is the piece you pull on with your hand that has the lock in it. It broke clean off and now there is no handle to use to open the door.
